It's very simple - the only dependency is libusb. The most simple
approach is to compile both within a AT91RM9200 Linux or to cross
compile it inside a x86 system. Feel free to have a look at
http://octotux.org - a AT91RM9200 based distribution with an
low-footprint RPM manager.
