OpenBeacon USB firmware v032 released

Dear List,

i've just updated the OpenBeacon USB firmware. The tag can now be used
as sender & receiver and finally provides a nice serial terminal
emulation over USB where you can set the device to various transmit
modes and speeds via a textual interface:

This firmware release could be a nice base for meshing protocol
implementations using OpenBeacon USB.
