Sputnik Binary Logfiles Broken

Dear List,

the Armageddon happenend - the object tag IDs have not been stored. We
had an error in our aggregator software that basically dropped the last
eight bytes and prepended 8 bytes of garbage instead (bytes 8-16 are
garbage) to the stored packet after timestamp and IP.´
There is a slight chance that one can rebuild the data by using the
individual continuous sequence IDs - but the probability is low.

It's not a privacy feature - it's a bug. I'm currently trying to find
out if the XML server had some log files on it's own - so we can get at
least one or two days of log data.
